âś… What Our Guarantee Covers
If your Cavoodle puppy is diagnosed with a genetic or congenital health issue within the first 12 months from the date of adoption, you will be eligible to receive a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter.

A diagnosis must be confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian.

The health condition must be life-threatening or severely impact your puppy’s long-term well-being.

The original puppy must be returned to us in good care.

No cash refunds will be issued—only replacement puppies.

This guarantee does NOT cover:

Injuries or illnesses caused by neglect, poor care, or accidents

Routine veterinary care such as vaccinations, deworming, or common minor conditions
